Steve Meeker grew up in Indiana and graduated from Indiana State University in 1974. Steve and his wife Gail have been married for over 30 years. They lived and raised two sons in Florida for over 20 years. He retired in 2011 and moved with his wife back to Indiana. This is when he started investigating his family history. After some discussions with different family members, Steve discovered his great Aunt Ida was murdered. Following up on the details about the real murder he decided to write this historical fiction mystery novel.
